I came across the website www.shockwarehouse.com earlier this week, and
asked for a quote on prices, and an alternative to the KYB shocks since
there was talk by a listmember that (s)he felt the KYB's were too stiff
for the Vanagon. Has anyone tried the Monroe shocks?
Here's the text from shockwarehouse.com
-------begin pasted text----------
Tom,
Monroe makes Gasmagnums for the vanagons.
Front and rears are $ 25.22 each.
BOGE shows the only for the synchro model, and I think bilsteins may be
just
as stiff, if not stiffer than the KYBs.
