Granted, it wasn't a Vanagon, but our 1972 Van rolled in Mingo, Iowa after an "evasive" maneuver. Leaned the roof way over to one side. Left us stranded on vacation until we located a (semi) suitable replacement, a US stationwagon, with woodgrain sides. Ugh. G.
