Burner parts are probably available from the original Westy camper parts supplier, EuroAmerican RV Products (formerly Delta Six Industries). Email: deltasix@earthlink.net

You may also be able to get them from The Bus Depot (which purports to carry all/most of the Delta Six camper conversion parts).

BTW, the burner center caps should NOT melt. I have a '91 Westy with burner caps (in spite of lots of use) that are still almost shiny. If these things are getting hot enough to melt, I suspect you've got a problem with the burner assembly that's allowing the flame to travel back under the burner cap where it's causing the damage. When properly functioning, the burner flame should emanate from the small grooves, placed radially about the burner cap. The flame should be a pure blue, beginning about 2-3 mm from the cap. When burning properly, most of the heat from the flame is generated above the burner cap, not below. This could be a very dangerous situation (fire; carbon monoxide poisoning). I suggest you check it out and fix whatever needs fixing before using the range top for cooking.
