Mike Lewis and Hermann ? are also pretty knowledgeable and helpful. all nice folks out at Camelback. plus, for us east coast folks, they stay open late after we get off work. and they take credit cards! ;) so if it's dealer-only, i'd recommend them highly (my local bozo moron idiot dumbass vw dealer doesn't even stock oil filters for my vanagon!!! i can get the oem/vw from Camelback for $5.89, if i buy 10 at a time (and with two buses, i NEED that many!)) :)
