With all the talk about amp hours, gel cells, parallel wiring, etc, I thought people might be interested in this book: RV Electrical Systems : A Basic Guide to Troubleshooting, Repair, and Improvement by Jan Moeller (Contributor), Bill Moeller It seems to cover all the topics discussed here and then some. I can't vouch for the accuracy of the information, as I am not an electrical engineer, but the book is published by International Marine / Ragged Mountain Press (right here in Maine :) ) and my past experience with their materials has been uniformly positive. Find it at your local library or bookseller, or failing that, visit big brother @ http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/007042778X/qid%3D927902090/002-218166 9-7485018 Doug Fitz-Randolph Yarmouth, ME dfrandolph@talkam.net '90 Syncro
