Things are not happy in vanagonland here.. I have a leaking clutch slave in my '82 Westy, but here's the problem. I'm sure that if I drop the motor the procedure would be simple. But since I don't have the right jack or stands to drop a Vanagon motor, does anyone know how to do it with the motor still in? I've tried the archives but there was no mention of this and the "Official" manual isn't much help with the motor in. If it involves bending a wrench or two, I don't mind. I only want to get this thing drivable in time for Busses Doing Nothing over memorial day weekend. Thanks! |
