No catch so far. I have been running it for about a year now with narry a complaint. Runs about a "needle width" or so cooler than it did with Autobahn too. Based on what I have seen so far it is pretty good stuff. This "Dexcool" is not compatable with other antifreeze. I dont know what the consiquences are for mixing. When I replaced the old stuff I flushed it out of the system compleatly. Took half the day dismantling the various nooks and crannies it to make sure I got it all. I may have gone a little overboard on the flushing but not knowing how sensitive the Dexcool stuff is to the presents of any residue paranoia prevailed and I flushed, and flushed, and flushed, and .... Unless you are as paranoid as I am replacing the coolant should not be nearly as much work. If you do replace it pick up a couple of extra gallons and if you leave the area carry one with you just in case. I have found in my travels that there are some areas where Dexcool cannot be had, not even at a Texaco station. The last time I took my "survey" was a year or so ago so this situation may have changed. It was fairly new back then.
