Is the broken bolt tight in it's threads? If not, try turning it out with a pencil eraser or a straight-bladed screwdriver. If it IS tight, then I would remove the half-shaft (probably out already?) then remove the large outer axle nut, and push the stub-axle through and out of the bearing. Then you can put it in a vise and turn the bolt out with a centerpunch or other tool.
