Having an interior fridge fan sounds like a good idea so I've been scouting around for a suitable unit to install inside the fridge in my '87 Westfalia. The one I plan to use is a Koolatron fan (about 1 inch by 4 inches dia.). It will fit nicely between the cooling fins and the ceiling of the fridge. Although operation of the fan will be controlled by a toggle switch mounted somewhere on the cabinet exterior, should I be concerned about the fan's energy draw on the battary when the motor isn't running (I don't have an auxilary battary)?
