Subject:      Front Licence Plate bracket

        I live in New York, we have front plates and I need to mount it on my
Syncro.  The thing is there are no holes in the bumper and I would rather
not drill it.  Is there a bracket that I can get some where to mount it
and not damage my '87 Vanagon Syncro??
