Subject: location of seat belt warning relay

Since my aux. batteries are now located under the driver's seat (yea!), I am trying to come up with the best way to run a wire from there to the #3 fuse location in order to power the radio and cabin lights. I see that there are a couple of wires for a [now defunct] seatbelt warning circuit that pass through the battery box. If I could tap into one of these wires, it would be supremely easy, since they already run from the battery box. I just wonder of they run to the dash. The Bentley shows a "seatbelt warning relay" but I can't figure out where it is. Any ideas?
