I have to "second that emotion" I ordered a new 3 window poptop canvas and a sliding door screen wednesday before last. The poptop canvas came the next day and the screen came the day after it was in stock after the backorder. (yesterday) Thanks Busdepot! As for the sliding door screen, I installed it on my 87 westi last night. Fit and utility is excellent but I can definitely see how it would not fit very well on a non-westy or an early westi without the passengers side fresh air vents over the slider. One modification I made was due to there being no snaps on the bottom It didnt seem very secure to me.... I loosened the screws on the metal trim strip (floor) at the slider. I slid the front half of the bottom of the screen under the metal strip and re-tightened it. Theres still plenty of room to get in the back half when you unzip it , and I feel its much less likely to let big bugs and/or small animals under the screen;-) Going camping this weekend with my wife, two teenage boys, 4 cats and a furby....
