The propane test results are in. The Westy fridge that had much less
cooling was the one that had much less pressure coming from the propane
tank regulator. The very cold running fridge in my Syncro camper is
running off of 10.5 inches of pressure while the not so cold fridge in
the Westy I am fixing up has only 8 inches of pressure. Thanks again to
David Beierl for suggesting a simple way to measure the pressure. The
Dometic manual calls for 11 inches of pressure. The tank regulators are
adjustable so I turned up the pressure . I will report the results of
my  new cooling test soon.
