     Have you tried J-B Weld? Works fine filling in the pits in the head
itself when doing gasket jobs, may work just as well on your problem. Maby
"J-B Welding" one of those copper washers to the head? That way when you
torque the head the copper washer takes most of the "twist strain" and not
the J-B Weld.
   Just a thought.
