        Some one on the list was talking about how to fix the "lights on" chime.
  So, how did you do it, how long did it take and $ involved.
        Again Is there such thing as a VW arbiter?  That is a go between when
there is a dispute between dealers and customers.  Ford, Chevy and the
big guys have them.   I will Not let this $%&*  dealer pull this on
another VW owner.  I WANT THERE LICENCE TO SELL VW PULLED!!!!!!!!   Has
everyone on the list let the dealers run all over you and did nothing!!!
I am a New Yorker and will not let this go!!!!
