You might also want to consider a small battery operated fan such as the one made by Fridgemate. Can be placed directly under the cooling fins; quiet and compact. Runs for weeks on a couple of D cells. Substantially improves the cooling and provides a much more uniform temp within the refrigerator cabinet. Available at RV stores everywhere.
