As Tom said, I would stress that if you are removing the tranny with the
motor installed please support the engine in someway (a jack with a piece of
wood on top) anything just so that the engine doesn't sag alot when you
remove the tranny.  If you let it sag it will hang from some of the
waterhoses (at least a 1.9l will) and could trash out the hose.  Estimated
time on this job is 2-4 hours for tranny removal.  Clutch replacement can
take as little as 30min (if all you are doing is removing and replacing the
clutch and pressure plate) or a few days if you have to remove the flywheel
and get it machined and remove a self-destructed pilot bearing.
