And there is also the extra labor of removing the skid plate for that job. I mentioned it because the original poster said Syncro exhaust parts were so expensive, but I don't remember the pieces being much pricier than the non-Syncro's. I do recall that replacing the whole exhaust system is quite expensive, but I thought that was true for all the Wasserleakers. Zoe Ann & Roger Fallible but trying to be helpful Syncro Adventurewagen owners :)
