I install a weekender bed, in my GL. Everything was a bolt in except the pins that support the seat back. These pins are moved I think forwards about 3 inches. I could not believe that this was done this way. I ended up removving the plates that were welded into the doner, and welding them into my Van. I am under the impression VW changed the width of the sofa/bed, to accomidate the table side panel.
