With all due respect to Ken, I have to disagree here. Bosch often sells identical 02 sensors with different plugs on the end, to fit different wiring harnesses. They price them at vastly different prices, depending partially on how many they make/sell with that particular plug on the end. The one for the 2.1L Vanagon happens to be more expensive than many of its identical twins with other plugs, costing about 3x as much as the lowest priced interchangeable sensor. As long as you do a thorough job splicing the plug from your old one onto the new one, you will get the identical performance from the cheaper equivalent at a fraction of the price. (Once you've spliced the other plug onto it, you've effectively got the same sensor anyway.) I offer both versions on my website, but sell the cheaper $39 one about 20 to 1 over the "correct" one, because of the huge price difference. Personally I couldn't see spending 3x the price to avoid a simple splice, which is so easy to do.
