My fridge lit right up on propane, and after 24 hours of operation had chilled down to 50 degrees. Seems that my fridge will cool to just below 20 degrees of the ambient air temp or 48 degrees, whichever is warmer.

My thought is that this is not as good as it can be. Since I checked everything else, and had previously upgraded to a more powerful fan in the back of the fridge, I'm assuming that my only option now is to take it to a service center?

Is there a way to test to make sure that the door is sealing correctly?
