This is why I NEVER open an attachment on a mailing list....... if you send e-mail to any list and make an attachment (like quoting back someone's earlier mail) ... don't expect to much response (other than instant delete).... if you open an attachment without virus scanning it first.... you are exposing yourself to life's new E-realities...This is also one of the reason (other than instant cross platform & all browser/ mailreader compatibility) it's best to use ASCII only (some other reasons are, small, simple, and paste-able into any other program used on the many different platforms out there). Sure it doesn't have all the fancy formatting and we aren't dazzled buy your use of exotic type styles, background colours, watermarks, SIGs, Java wiggles, and general show-offs.... but then... we don't have to trace down & remove any macro virus's either.... which should be enough of a lesson for those who do just put anything in their systems without checking first.
