Subject: '84 Brake Parts needed.........
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

Hey Fellow Vanageeks,

I've got two things that are holding up my camper from getting on the road. I need a replacement set of the solid brake lines that attach to the calipers and flexible brake lines. Everything else in the brake system will be new. I was more muscle than brains and stripped the starting threads on one and the other was stepped on and bent all out of shape. Do you think a FLAPS could make a set of these up? They appear to be just some brakeline and fittings? As for the fittings, what type are they? Are most brake fittings like that universal? Any info would be greatly apperciated and rewarded with my heartfelt thanks and your knowing that you helpped get another preious Vanagon out on the road once again.

TIA,

'74 Jason Yasment '84 Westfalia (up for new brakes) '98 Jetta TDI (be back on Tuesday)
