Chris, David, et al!

The Audis A4, A6 and A8, including S4, S6, S8 versions have a 112x5 bolt pattern. VW Passat (97-up), VW buses (71-up) and VW Sharan also have a 112x5 bolt pattern. The NB, Golf 4, Jetta 4, Audi A3 uses a 100x5 bolt pattern. Some Golf 3, Jetta 3 and 88-96 Passats also uses 100x5 bolt pattern.

To put it in another way: All Audis since 1986 uses either 108x4 or 112x5 bolt pattern. All 4-bolt VWs, water-cooled has a 100x4 bolt pattern, also some pre-86 Audis uses this. All 5-bolt VW passenger cars uses 100x5 bolt pattern, EXCEPT the current generation Passat, which uses 112x5, because it shares the chassis, suspension, brakes and wheels with the Audi A4.

I don't know the offsets, that is really independent from wheel to wheel, they are mostly made to fit a car.
