First: Spend some time each day exersizing on the parallel bars doing dips. (Remember high-school gym?) Then you can step up with one foot on the battery box area, left hand on the roof opening next to the latch, the right on the bed, and 'zoom!' push the body up and onto the bed. (Do enough camping and the parallel bars are never needed again) Side benefit: you now have great looking muscular arms, no flabbiness here!
