Face front of van.  Right foot on the ledge behind the passenger seat (over
the battery).  Left foot on the sink/stove console.  Right foot in passenger
head restraint.  Push butt on to bed.  It's worked for fifteen years.

Sometimes, for variety, we'll pivot on the stove and go in head first.
Boy-o-boy, does camping with the Wolz's get exciting, or what?
