Volks I have a 1.9L wasserboxer engine complete with wiring harness, fuel injection, computer, AFM, exhaust headers, muffler, flywheel - basically complete with the exception of the clutch, pressure plate, catalitic converter and alternator. The 84 Westfalia that it came out of has 280,000km on the odometer - however the engine isn't that old as heads show a 1989 date on them. Compression is (left rear going clockwise) 135, 125, 125, 130. No headleaks and it moved the westie along quite well. In case you haven't figured it out there is now a 1.8L "HT" Jetta Carat engine in the Westie so I don't need the boxer any longer. I would like $800 CAD / $550 USD (shipping extra) for the whole engine and I am putting a 60 day - no head gasket drip warranty on it too!
