See ya, Perhaps you could canibalize wallpaper that's already in your van, in spots where no one can see it. Examples: under the raised "false floor" in the under-sink cabinet, on the sides of the refrigerator cabinet (nice big pieces, but you have to remove the fridge to get to them, and the rough screw holes in the sides of the fridge tend to scratch up the paper when you remove the fridge), and inside the "hidden compartment" below the storage bin just aft of the stove. I don't know how easy it would be to pull the paper off. Since the wallpaper is so rough textured, perhaps you could cut around the tear and replace the cut-out portion with a small piece from elsewhere, without the patch showing too obviously.
