I applaud your candor. Most people are a little shy about talking about
limp "armrests!" Just kidding. The Armrests are held up with a pin. Your
pin has simply worked its way out. Push the upholstery out of the way and
you should be able to see it. Then you can drive it back in place with a
large Phillips screwdriver. Its a pain to fix if you have one that keeps
working loose. You may want to get a new pin at the dealer and save some
hassles. There are pictures of the assembly in the Bentley book for
reference.
