The new tanks come with a manual valve, simpler, lots cheaper, effective -- you have to shut off the fill yourself when the bleed valve sprays liquid. The autostop valve is IMHO unnecessary complication, but that's the way they built them originally. If you want a manual valve they should be under $50 from propane and/or RV dealers -- you'll also need to add a manual bleed valve for another ten bucks or so.
