The same rumors are out here in Europe, too. Instead, they are talking about between 300 and 350 hp here. Allegedly, VW are out for BMW M3s neck here. The M3 only makes 240 hp in the US, but the Euro car has 321 hp, which means that VW has to put out something around that figure to be competitive.
