Subject: bogging/stumblin after long descents
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

My '85 GL has had a weird condition for quite a while now....after long downhill descents (3/4mile+) with my foot off the throttle the motor doesn't run properly when I reach flat ground again. When I put my foot back on the thottle the motor feels sluggish, sounds bogged down and stumbles and bucks alot. This bogging etc. then lasts for about a mile or two before finally going away as quickly as it came. I'm guessing it may be the weak AFM spring trouble that I have seen frequently posted. Does this sound like the likely culprit? Otherwise, though everything seems fine...I get good mileage, no black smoke, pass emissions tests etc. Thanks, Mark
