Yep I finished filling up my 90 GL and it is HELLA-COLD (A nod to fellow South Park fans).!!! Not sure how it will be in the long run but in these first 2 days, it is working better than when I got it. You must get it drained into an R-12 recovery unit by a certified technician as it is highly illegal to remove the large drain bolt on the compressor and let the remnants of your R-12 go into the atmosphere.

Steve,

Just wondering. Have you converted? Thanks for the links, especially the EPA one.
