You have about 7.5 amps output available from the generator (at 120 vac continuous). The reefer uses about 0.7 amps (the 7.0 refers to 12vdc operation). The 40 watt bulb uses about 0.3 amps for a total draw of about one amp. That gives you half an amp to run your laptop computer and still be able to run the reefers and 40-watt bulbs on six other Vanagons.
