There is a company called 303 Products. They make a product called "303 Aerospace Protectant" It is popular in marine and RV circles. They claim it can restore the finish after a couple of applications. It is expensive, but can be bought at a discount at West Marine. I have tried their sample, and it seemed to work very well. Other list members have recommended it.

Their web address: http://www.303-products.com extensive information available there.

Usual dislaimers apply....

Try Castrol Super Clean, a bristle brush, and a sponge. Be careful to wash it off well with water, especially if any full-strength drips onto the van's paint. Follow with a coat of Meguiars paint sealer and a coat of wax, and it'll look like new!

Any suggestions for cleaning the exterior of the pop-top? I seem to have accumulated black mildew on it. Any miracle cleaners or restoratives that are worth a try?
