Thanks, I think my radio may be toast. I tried everything to do with that switch, and still can't get it to ask for the code. The display backlight comes on, but that's about it. According the manual, if the code is entered incorrectly 3 times, it is locked and must be returned to the dealer for "reprogramming". I can't believe they'd have to open it up to do this - there must be a factory override of some kind.
