Only way that I know of is to send the radio to Blaupunkt (which is the German manufacturer) together with the proof of ownership. Runs about 150 German marks. Volkswagen USA might do the same thing (sending it overseas I mean). If interested I could find out the exact mailing address. Michael 86 7-seater 80 Westy
