Hi Darie,
good to know there is another crazy van shipper on the list.
Can tell from my 80 Westy (came over from CA to Germany). That fridge got no switch but I could have replaced the heater (a 2-3 inch long .5 inch diameter thing) from the 110 V to the 220 V version. Actually, during my 1st trip in Europe I used several light bulbs as shunts to get 110 V to the fridge.
