I'm rather fond of (wait for it) *Velcro Adhesive* -- good sticky expensive stuff. Couple of bucks for a little tube, I think? Solvent-based, dries hard but flexible. West Marine has it, any place that sells Velcro should have or be able to get it. http://www.westmarine.com
