First, I have a Westy, so the increase in power will be most welcome. Secondly, the VW/Audi 5cyl has a reputation for being bulletproof. Put it in and most likely NEVER have to change headgaskets again. Those of us who plan on keeping our Vanagons a LONG time want something that's going to be low maintenance.
