IMHO...

1.> Long-life is better than the Lowtox. The orange stuff.

FWIW, use Simple Green to wash it and re-oil with the correct K&N oil. Comes in a spray can available at your local motorcycle shop. Never gotten around to putting one in the buses but seeing that the only failure I've ever experienced with one was heat related, I have no reason to believe that it wouldn't last forever. They claim better filtration too.
