As soon as you put any tension on the clamps (like stretching the "awning" so it doesn't sag), and the clamps pop off. Then the poles fall over and you start over. After cursing and making life for me and my wife generally miserable during this time, I had to laugh and realize how ridiculous I looked. Then I bought a TransAwn (used) and couldn't be happier.
