This last weekend was the first time that I checked the gas mileage on my 1982 Westy with. Full tank of fuel, full water tank, 4 people, 1 child, and coolers and camping gear. The Westy has a 1992 GTI Conv. with a air cooled trans, Digifant inj. 205X14 Mich. MXT's Our hwy speeds were 65mph. We were in the hills of Northern Cal. Mileage was 19.2 MPG. The engine has about 3,200 miles on it.I don't know how that compairs to a waterboxer equiped camper. Bob RWK Enterprises, Placerville Ca.
