Worst case this means that you have a head-gasket leak that is allowing
combustion gasses into the coolant system. This overpressurizes the cooling
system, forcing the coolant into the overflow tank. Check your expansion tank,
and if it is low on coolant, while the overflow tank is overfilled, this is the
primary symptom of a head gasket compression leak.
