We had one of these in our motorhome. It was turned on in the mornings
when it was cool but not cold enough to fire up the furnace. Sometimes
we used it all night to keep the chill off. It wasn't big enough to use
when it was really chilly, but of course the motorhome (23') had about 4
times the interior space of a Westy. It's a nice unit, and when we sold
the motorhome, I kept the heater to install in my van. I've since
decided I want a Propex furnace for the van, and don't want to use up
more space for the catalytic. If you're interested in saving a few
bucks, I'll let it go for $100. It's in good shape and works well. It's
just like the one shown at:

I think you can get an adapter hose at an RV place to run it on a
canister.
