Has anyone had a basic pop up tent modified to be able to attach to a Westy like the expensive German ones? I've been thinking about it for a while. I can pick up a Coleman 3 room tent for about $200 and I've talked to a local awning and camper repair place that would add a zipper door opposite the main door of the tent and create a short hallway that would attach with Velcro to the Vanagon, all for about $100.
