Sorry for the confusion which I thought I was clearing up by using my calculator and giving the US people the figures in their own terms..... the 88 Canadian Vanagon brochure says .... Fuel Consumption Vanagon GL Syncro camper combined L/100km .... 14.5 City L/100km.....15.0 Highway L/100km..... 13.5

Canadian Dept. Energy Vanagon Camper Syncro 4x4 2.1L 4cyl FI...... city....L/100km....15.0 highway ..L/100km... 13.8 MPG City 19 Highway 20....

the scan of these is still available for anyone who needs all the specifications for all 88 models.... turning radius, axle weights etc.
