Yes, and mine has popped off before on both ends because I only fixed one end at a time, like an idiot. Remove the factory clamp, push the tube in as far as you can (up to an inch), and replace with a good adjustable clamp (I used two). Consider replacing all the rubber lines with Ken Wilford's kit while you are at it--I just ordered mine from him for $60. There are actually two of these hoses, one is the high pressure inlet line, and the other is the low pressure return line to the tank. This second line is less prone to popping off.
