Paul's Auto Service 7221 C Little River Turnpike Annandale, Virginia 22003 (703) 941-1198 Excellent. Works almost exclusively on Vanagons, and Transporters and has for (something like) 25 years. Paul's did all of the suspension, steering and R/R of the motor when we did the BIG restoration of Suzanne's Bus. Only good things to say about them. They are back behind a comic book store, hard to see until you drive past. G. Matthew Bulley Bulley-Hewlett & Associates www.bulley-hewlett.com Cary, NC USA 888.468.4880 tollfree

Coyote, I live in the Baltimore, MD area and am looking for a recommendation on a good repair shop to have some work done on my water-cooled '85 Vanagon. I'm buying an engine from Boston Bob, and would like to have it swapped with the old one. Also need power steering and A/C work. Can you recommend, or have you heard good things about anybody in the Baltimore / Washington area? Ideally, this shop would particularly skilled in working on Vanagons. Any ideas? Thanks, Pete |
