I did switch my engine over to Castrol Syntec 15w50 this past week end. There IS a noticible difference in the running of the engine. Smoother that's for sure. One thing I noticed right away is that my van when started ALWAYS had to have the throttle bliped a bit to get the charging light to go off. NOW when it's started the charging light is off right away. Engine is turning faster and smmother at startup, right ? Well, that's what I think anyways. Now for the long distance report. Later........
